and More is an innovative two
day program that enables participants to develop the communication,
planning and management skills they need to get the most out
of meetings. The first day of 'Meeting and More' starts with
an introduction to basic communication skills and then moves
participants towards understanding and practicing the requirements
for effective communication and meetings by introducing an
easy to use, easy to understand way of profiling personalities.
On the second day, participants take part in an intensive
simulation that teaches the skills required for anyone attending
or managing and effective meeting. The final part of 'Meetings
and More' gives participants an insight into importance of
teamwork and the role that teamwork plays in managing meetings
and improving organizational performance.
